Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management within B2C products in related industries (dating, social connections) on international markets.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile development and product lifecycle.
  • Understanding of mobile app metrics (Unit Economics, CR, LTV, Retention, ARPU).
  • Familiarity with statistical significance in experiments.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and dashboards.
  • Skills in roadmap management and task prioritization.
  • Knowledge of App Store and Google Play policies.
  • Systematic thinking and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a mobile app growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Formulate Q4 2024 goals based on the app’s current state and long-term objectives for 2025.
  • Define key metrics essential for the app at this stage.
  • Plan and manage the mobile app lifecycle, from concept to implementation and support.
  • Analyze competitors and the market to identify opportunities for improvement and new features.
  • Propose three key improvements or new features for the mobile app, including justification and expected impact.
  • Analyze the current roadmap and prioritize tasks for the mobile app, considering development time.
  • Create user personas based on the analysis of current users to identify their needs.
  • Manage a cross-functional team to achieve product goals.
  • Monitor and enhance user experience (UX/UI) based on user feedback.
  • Develop dashboards with metrics for the mobile application.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather data on the current state of the applications.
