Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on leadership in designing, architecting & building Identity PaaS offerings.
• Experience in developing and building new services and teams.
• Strong verbal and writing skills for technical documentation.
• Experience leading technical architecture discussions.
• Experience with consultative complex technical deployment projects.
• 3+ years of experience in scoping and sizing complex projects.
• 3+ years of experience in responding to RFPs and developing statements of work.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote team.
• Understanding of common IAM industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the team for Identity managed services PaaS offerings.
• Create Identity managed services architecture and customer support model.
• Integrate services with internal IT systems.
• Collaborate with regional teams for cohesive offerings.
• Maintain roadmap for new service offerings.
• Establish staffing support model for clients.
• Write service descriptions and develop collateral.
• Participate in webinars and serve as a trusted advisor.
