- Act as the agile coach and project leader for the Top of Funnel squad, driving the team’s roadmap for demand and pipeline generation.
- Use agile methodologies to organize, prioritize, and manage the squad’s backlog.
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders across functions, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of shared objectives.
- Manage support tickets, ensuring proper documentation and efficient resolution.
- Lead regular sprint planning sessions and agile ceremonies to keep the team aligned.
- Support squad members in balancing their workloads.
- Continuously optimize team processes and workflows.
- Build and maintain detailed documentation for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Act as the point of contact for Top of Funnel projects, tracking progress and reporting to leadership.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the demand generation engine.
