Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the online/performance marketing industry in a client-facing role.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Strong focus on quality with a high level of customer orientation and service readiness.
  • Reliable escalation and conflict management skills, even in complex situations.
  • Native German language skills and very good English communication abilities.
  • Solid sales techniques and strong persuasion skills.
  • Creative thinking to introduce new ideas and drive customer development.
  • Analytical skills and technical understanding of tracking topics.
Responsibilities:
  • Proactive and independent consulting of strategic clients to promote sustainable business development and achieve target KPIs.
  • Establish strong customer relationships and position Awin as a relevant partner within the digital ecosystem through regular meetings.
  • Create reports and provide performance and benchmark analyses for clients.
  • Coordinate and manage client-related budgets.
  • Expand existing and new partnerships in the affiliate program, as well as upsell existing Awin tools to optimize partner programs.
  • Support internal project initiatives in line with OKRs.
  • Participate in industry and networking events.
