IT Operations Director

Requirements:

• 10 years extensive experience in information technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in leadership.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing OS environments and tools such as Jamf, Jira, Monday, and Google Workspace.
• Experience working in a rapidly scaling startup or rapid growth environment.
• Fluency in English; French is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Define the IT and Telephony team’s strategy and objectives.
• Manage existing IT and Telephony operation teams including infrastructure management, project execution, quality control, and change management.
• Ensure IT policies are developed from first principles and integrate with local and remote operations.
• Improve metrics on IT responsibilities, including onboarding, hardware management, and training.
• Partner with Engineering for Information Security management processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to assess technology needs.
• Make system and technology investment decisions, reporting upgrades to leadership.
• Build vendor relationships and create cost-efficient contracts.
