Requirements:

• Knowledge of best practices in relationship management, integration, and workflow technology.
• Proactive, analytical, collaborative, with strong communication skills.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in external facing roles or 3-5 years in customer-facing technical roles.
• College degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• Written and verbal fluency in English.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts with business value.
• Advanced users of automation, integration, SaaS APIs, or no-code solutions preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of named partners within the Technology Partnership team.
• Develop a plan to enhance partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition.
• Enable new initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams.
• Uncover growth opportunities by expanding partner technology offerings.
• Establish and maintain critical relationships with partners.
• Represent partner interests internally and drive engagement.
• Accountable for ARR growth targets and forecasts.
• Ensure a 'Customer First' approach in partner planning.
• Ensure partner commitment to marketing and customer acquisition goals.
