Requirements:

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, with a proficiency of C1 and B2 respectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to switch between different communication channels.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to multitask and basic computer skills.
• A strong passion for films and series.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries about payment issues, cancellations, and refunds.
• Assist customers with subscription status, login, and registration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming and device compatibility.
• Provide information on content availability, subtitling, and audio languages.
• Guide customers in the use of promotional codes.
• Maintain customer retention by identifying and resolving issues.
