• Proven experience as a Collections Analyst or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in collections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Salesforce Billing, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and billing regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage stress and work with targets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding invoices.
• Initiate contact with clients to encourage timely payments.
• Investigate historical data for outstanding invoices.
• Resolve billing issues by collaborating with the billing team.
• Maintain updated records of account statuses and collection efforts.
• Analyze aging reports related to billing activities.
• Report weekly on collection activities and receivables status.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
