Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in Revenue Operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce and sales compensation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for accurate and timely compensation payments.
• Create, validate, and audit monthly commission payout reports.
• Manage and track SPIF programs.
• Troubleshoot data errors to maintain accuracy.
• Support design and testing of compensation plans and quota changes.
• Develop standard operating procedures to minimize errors.
• Generate and distribute Compensation Plans and Statements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Accounting, Finance, and HR.
• Address employee inquiries regarding compensation.
• Facilitate onboarding of new sales employees onto commission plans.
