Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience is a plus.
• Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with team members.
• Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• As an integral member of our Civil Litigation practice, you will handle a broad spectrum of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, and employment matters.
• You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court.
