- Have at least 6 months of scheduling and calendar management experience.
- Experience as an HR Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Administrative experience for manager or executive-level individuals.
- Fluency in English for communication with team members and candidates.
- Manage an effective coordination process for candidates and hiring managers to scale recruiting processes.
- Schedule interviews through the ATS and additional scheduling tools.
- Compile interview packets, schedules, and gather feedback from interviewers promptly.
- Arrange pre-screening and face-to-face interview logistics between candidates and recruiters or managers.
- Assist recruiters in tracking candidates through the hiring process, job postings, and candidate status management.
- Support the administration of the employee referral system.
- Assist with administrative and operational projects for the Recruiting Operations team.
- Champion and embed the company's cultural principles.
