Requirements:
  • Terminal degree from an accredited institution in leadership and administration required.
  • 5+ years of experience in higher education teaching and leadership in a virtual setting preferred.
  • Experience with state educational boards and accrediting agencies preferred.
  • Current licensure as a P-12 district/campus level administrator preferred.
  • Experience in developing online professional relationships.
  • Evidence of professional research or achievements.
  • Ability to interpret and report data to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to use or learn technology for conferencing and learning management systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as faculty carrying a 0.5 FTE instructional/teaching expectation.
  • Review and revise ACE programs and courses to strengthen alignments.
  • Manage planning, data collection, and reporting related to student learning outcomes.
  • Partner with the regulatory and compliance office for policy implementation.
  • Collaborate across departments for specialized and national program accreditations.
  • Create applications and materials for state approvals.
  • Support students and faculty by producing course content.
  • Research opportunities for program expansion.
  • Analyze and report data to support program quality.
  • Participate in committees to maintain program strength.
  • Uphold ACE policies and provide improvement feedback.
  • Promote the college's vision and mission.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
  • Serve as a mentor to faculty.
  • Conduct faculty observations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
