Responsibilities:

• Drive retrieval operations key performance indicators to achieve best in class quality.
• Analyze retrieval KPIs including volumes, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Manage a team of managers, supervisors, and analysts.
• Create metrics and reporting for vendor operations retrieval.
• Prepare and present performance reports to Operations Leadership.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Development, and Directors on system enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships and success KPIs.
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss trends and action plans.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to drive automation and digitization.
• Work proactively with Finance on payments and reconciliations.
• Champion Continuous Improvement practices.
