Mobile Development Team Lead (Full remote within Spain)

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Valuable previous experience managing mobile development teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have more than 5 years of experience as a Mobile Developer.
• Experience working on developing modern and intuitive interfaces.
• Ensuring code quality and application optimization.
• Have created complex mobile applications on iOS or Android.
• Proficient on any or several OOP languages (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter/Dart and others). We use Flutter/Dart on our daily basis.
• Have experience working in agile and dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of Firebase and its functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the leadership of the team, maintaining close attention to needs and support while making technical decisions.
• Juggle between different projects at the same time.
• Support the project and the team while achieving their potential growth, setting goals and acting as a guide towards them.
• Guide the team on the use of good practices and remind them on the importance of the quality standards of the code.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Find opportunities to automate manual processes and creatively add value to the project.
• Help the team on development efforts towards successful and timely project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Participate and be responsible within the decision-making process.
• Support and advise the team on estimating efforts and tasks.
• Maintain a problem-solving attitude.
• Promote the use of new tools and supervise their proper use.
