• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Professional Services environment.
• Technical skills include Citrix DaaS, gold image management, FAS, ADC/NetScaler, XenApp, Xen Desktop, provisioning services, VMware, Microsoft GPO/AD.
• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills in enterprise level environments.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Design and delivery of relevant solutions for Logicalis customers through consultation, collaboration, and co-operation with key stakeholders.
• Validation of the solution with the Solution Architect, technical lead, and customer.
• Facilitation of design workshops.
• Creation and modification of 'Detailed Design' document.
• Technical presentation of the solution to the customer.
• Building the solution in accordance with Statement of Work (SoW) and project schedule.
• Preparation of user guides and coordination of user acceptance testing.
• Creation of 'As built' documentation and handover to the customer.
