Requirements:

• 4-6 years of total work experience with advanced coding skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, including complex analysis and debugging formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bonus points if proficient in SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in program management are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Support & lead ad hoc operational and reporting projects.
• Build reports on delivery KPIs and track any changes.
• Facilitate team decision-making and keep stakeholders informed.
• Address deviations in operational processes with engagement managers.
• Create PRDs and collaborate with engineering on new features.
• Track client data requests and maintain relevant spreadsheets.
• Prepare accurate invoices and ensure compliance with policies.
• Reconcile payment discrepancies and maintain customer billing information.
• Build and execute scripts to analyze billing data for insights.
