Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years experience in delivering and managing software products.
• At least 2 years of experience in blockchain technology.
• Experience in establishing and improving operational processes.
• Ability to manage upwards and report to C-suite.
• Experience in managing contract terms and vendor management.
• Experienced in program governance and budget management, owning budgets of minimum £2M.
• Experience in creating sustainable teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or a relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate budget management and transparent financial performance.
• Communicate progress and key activities to senior leadership and the organization.
• Plan for hiring based on current and future capacity needs.
• Facilitate and monitor the OKR process aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and report updates.
• Maintain and manage the RAID log for clear visibility of risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology and team dynamics.
• Manage key processes such as invoicing, vendor management, and performance assessment.
• Empower project teams through clear processes and coordination.
