Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solution Manager or Technical Projects leader with complex technical initiatives.
• Experience in coordinating technical solutions with third parties/vendors.
• Knowledge of public/private blockchain and distributed ledger technologies (DLTs).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, node.js, and Rust.
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Git, SDLC, CI/CD tools, and performance measurement systems.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and ensure the delivery of technical solutions to customers and partners.
• Engage with Dapp developers and enterprises to support technical solutions built on Midnight’s architecture.
• Create fit-for-purpose technology solutions addressing business needs within constraints.
• Assist in developing account and partner strategies, creating proposals, and executing demonstrations.
• Own technical solution execution including requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Engage with product teams to align objectives and track progress while managing risks.
