Requirements:

• Data extraction and analysis using BigQuery and Google Spreadsheets.
• Experience in the web/IT industry or in the consumer app industry.
• Over 3 years of experience in product management or project management, with a track record of managing multiple projects with deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• English proficiency at a business level, capable of conducting conversations without interpreter support.
• Japanese proficiency at a native level or equivalent to JLPT N1.

Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives to enhance project management efficiency.
• Manage strategically important programs and projects.
• Develop and implement new rules and processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish rules and processes when existing ones become ambiguous or unable to support organizational growth.
• Manage and support the product roadmap planning each quarter.
• Reporting to the executive management.
• Provide regular progress reports on projects to the executive management.
