Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate English with strong verbal and written skills.
• 3+ years of experience as an AI Developer or similar role.
• In-depth experience with generative models (GPT-4, Llama, Phi3).
• Experience in natural language processing and text generation.
• Knowledge of RAG patterns and LLM models using Azure AI services.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and web development.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Services, CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement solutions using generative AI models like GPT-4, Llama, and Phi3.
• Deploy and optimize applications on Azure OpenAI and related services.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns to enhance model accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, data, and technology teams to develop AI-driven solutions.
• Test, optimize, and continuously refine generative models in production.
