Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations/strategy at a B2B SaaS company, including 2+ years supporting Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong business acumen and data literacy, with a capability to analyze data and build models.
  • Experience with A/B testing and measuring success of experiments.
  • Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and a track record of successful cross-functional projects.
  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving skills, able to address ambiguous problems effectively.
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders and communicate with all organization levels.
  • Familiarity with sales/customer success/alliances/marketing operations, and systems like Salesforce, Looker/Tableau; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a business partner to the VP of EMEA Enterprise Sales, executing the GTM strategy.
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
  • Execute solutions and measure their impact.
  • Lead regional funnel and forecast calls to ensure accountability and identify trends.
  • Communicate collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Prioritize high-impact initiatives and ensure resources for revenue targets.
