Requirements:

• Five-plus (5+) years of commercial experience developing complex applications in Java.
• Strong fundamentals in computer science and engineering, including concurrency, multithreading, data structures, and solution design.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, large-scale Java backend systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mentality and innovation in solution finding.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with backend engineers to extend and scale the User Platform within a Microservice landscape.
• Ensure high-performance systems for user authentication and management.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable building blocks for the platform.
• Communicate with stakeholders to assess needs and optimize project timelines.
• Enhance user experience for large teams, particularly in Enterprise and Education.
