Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology.
• 3 plus years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• 5 plus years of experience with Oracle EBS.
• Strong functional knowledge of Subscription Management, Revenue recognition, and O2C process.
• Experience with Oracle EPM is a plus.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial processes and principles.
• Experience with complex projects involving front-end and back-end components.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide active system and related business process support to meet organizational needs and objectives.
• Support and implement Oracle Cloud ERP, Financials Procurement, and Projects configurations.
• Utilize expert knowledge of Subscription management, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Work on troubleshooting O2C process issues and Oracle Advanced collections with business teams.
• Define integration needs and collaborate with technical resources for building and testing.
• Develop understanding of application features and capabilities.
• Gather requirements and develop OTBI, Smartview, and FRS reports.
• Assist stakeholders in day-to-day activities and support.
• Evaluate reporting formats, cost constraints, and SOX controls.
• Configure the system to meet business requirements.
• Project manage small projects, including gathering requirements and conducting testing.
• Create Business Requirement and configuration documents.
• Address risks by creating mitigation measures for application deployment.
• Liaise with senior leaders and manage deliverables, scope, and resources.
