Requirements:

• 5+ years of successful field sales management experience in storage or core IT infrastructure within a competitive environment.
• Experience selling to IT departments and IT management is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate Pure Storage's value proposition.
• Demonstrated track record in recruitment and associate development.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to use CRM and online tools for sales strategy execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring Pure Culture and Values are embedded in the team.
• Hire additional Account Executives as business demands grow.
• Manage and enable team performance related to KPIs like pipeline growth, partner alignment, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partner principals and leadership teams.
• Drive sales activities and ensure quotas are met or exceeded.
• Conduct weekly reviews of activities and pipeline status.
