Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MSP settings.
• Proficiency in server, firewall, and network troubleshooting (Hyper V, Sonicwall, Ubiquiti).
• Experience with Microsoft Server/PC products, O365, and advanced networking principles.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills, with strong client relationship abilities.
• Experience with PSA/Ticketing systems, such as ConnectWise PSA, and a fast learning ability.
• A+ certification required; Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications preferred.
