Requirements:

• Degree in a Design field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English & Arabic with excellent communication skills.
• At least 6 years of relevant Design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing impressive interface designs.
• Hands-on experience with wireframes, user research, prototypes, and user testing.
• Understanding of business metrics and ability to interpret data.
• Knowledge of development limitations and necessities.
• Advanced knowledge of UI/UX practices for web and mobile.
• Familiarity with mobile design patterns for Android and iOS.
• Experience in print material and identity projects.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO, Development team, and Marketing to implement designs across the entire product lifecycle.
• Execute end-to-end design efforts across all platforms.
• Perform user research and usability testing.
• Establish and uphold design standards.
• Build easy-to-use and beautiful web and mobile products.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, and sitemaps.
• Develop mockups and prototypes.
• Prepare screen designs for Developers.
• Contribute to marketing and design efforts.
• Take full ownership of work and details needed for successful product.
• Provide regular feedback for improvement.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Run design and UX workshops.
