• 3+ years of previous experience in management for an experiential pop-up event or high-traffic establishment.
• Highly motivated with a high energy profile.
• Strong leadership skills for public engagement and staff management.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Effective time management to maximize business performance.
• Legally allowed to work in the US.
• Based in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities:

• On-site management and operations of the experience in Philadelphia.
• Develop process for smooth daily operations and maintenance of standards.
• Set up coordinated system for inventory storage and supply handling.
• Manage stock orders and supplies necessary for the experience.
• Train staff and manage suppliers as needed.
• Coordinate schedules for vendors and various staff roles within budget.
• Daily communication with venue staff and management.
• Manage staff payroll and report weekly on operations.
• Implement weatherization plans and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Handle guest issues and assist with check-in procedures.
