Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in consumer electronics or relevant industries.
• 4+ years’ experience in New Product Introduction environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English both written and verbal.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and solve complex challenges.
• Demonstrated problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Effective presentation, project and resource management skills.
• Previous knowledge or experience with design tools / CAD systems.
• Exposure and working knowledge of key commodities such as LCDs, optical components, batteries, PCBs, molded and machined parts.
• Six sigma experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Quality & Reliability Engineering lead for products throughout the product development life cycle.
• Define product testing plans, test methods and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Validate/analyze test data, collaborate and guide failure analysis, and drive corrective action with cross functional teams.
• Create and present management reports highlighting product risk exposure and next steps.
• Achieve GoPro quality standards using techniques like statistical analysis and project tracking software.
• Participate in post product launch efforts and early field failure analysis to establish root cause and implement corrective actions.
