Senior Configuration Specialist - Workday Financials

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Workday Financials configuration.
• Knowledge of Workday's business process framework and finance functional configuration.
• Experience with Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Expenses, and Customer Accounts.
• Experience leading or deploying complex Workday system improvements.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Workday Implementation experience.
• Experience supporting multi-national companies, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Functional expertise in Accounting, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Translate Finance & Accounting business needs into platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather and clarify requirements.
• Prototype, test, and demo solutions of varying complexity.
• Understand company policies to align with Workday standards.
• Act as Technical Lead on complex projects, delegating tasks as needed.
• Identify and demo functionalities for business use cases.
• Champion adoption of new functionalities across teams.
• Adhere to Transformation team's standards of deployment.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct cross-training sessions.
• Lead scrum ceremonies with business and development teams.
• Provide support and training to end users.
