Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies in collaboration with regional Clinical Partnerships Reps.
- Prospect various types of provider organizations using a mix of email, phone calls, and innovative sales channels.
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities based on Equip qualification criteria.
- Manage the initial stages of the acquisition/sales cycle, conducting effective discovery calls with potential referring providers.
- Promote networking events and identify potential referring providers to participate.
- Provide thorough lead distribution and discovery to assigned representatives, ensuring accurate pipeline growth.
- Actively contribute to the development of the BDR team by creating outreach content and inbound lead processes.
- Stay informed about the eating disorder and behavioral health treatment landscape to enhance thought leadership and brand awareness.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve outreach strategies and tactics.
