CRM Marketing Associate, Lead Generation

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of working experience in D2C email marketing.
• Experience with building and deploying emails from scratch.
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative partners such as designers and copywriters.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.
• Strong written and verbal skills in English.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications and building customer segments in the CRM platform for Lead Gen.
• Maintain the CRM marketing calendar and roadmap.
• Support weekly performance reporting.
• Assist in communications between the CRM team and internal stakeholders, including writing briefs and coordinating design work.
