Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a presales or sales support environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements and functional specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and Account Manager during the presales process to align business goals and technical solutions.
• Manage communication with potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
• Facilitate presales meetings to gather insights, foster relationships, and ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
• Clarify and document the client's business requirements, ensuring all aspects are well-understood and communicated to the team.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive sales briefs for the technical team, outlining client needs and proposed solutions.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals, including detailed business cases that address client challenges and objectives.
• Create work breakdown structures (WBS) to organize project deliverables and milestones effectively.
• Lead estimation sessions with the technical team to ensure accurate project timelines and resource allocation.
• Design and showcase sales presentations that effectively communicate the proposed solution and value to the client.
• Maintain company documentation, ensuring historical data from previous presales efforts is recorded and available for future use.
• Assist in creating case studies based on ongoing and completed projects, which can be leveraged during the sales process.
