Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a focus on payments, billing, accounting or financial services systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Proven expertise in building or managing billing platforms and AR/AP processes.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience balancing business outcomes, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
• Hands-on experience using data and metrics for product decisions and measuring success.
• Experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Team player with a mission-driven attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the strategy for payments, billing, accounting and financial systems.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across engineering, operations, and finance.
• Collaborate with technology and finance leadership to ensure payment systems and billing processes are scalable.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency through system integrations.
• Build, prioritize, and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Leverage data analytics and KPIs to measure product performance and guide decision-making.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and drive consensus on priorities.
• Advocate for best practices in agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Support broader company success by mentoring peers.
