Requirements:

• Proficient with TypeScript (Node & Vue.js).
• Experience in startup environments, preferably as a first QA/SDET.
• Experience owning and setting up modern testing tools from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence engineering functions to adopt a testing mentality.
• Deep experience in writing complex automated testing scenarios.
• User-driven with a strong desire to understand end-user needs.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Humble, kind, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Own all tooling around testing.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including exploratory testing, while managing and maintaining test environments.
• Analyze and communicate software quality metrics to stakeholders, guiding the overall testing strategy within engineering teams.
• Provide mentorship and training to other SDETs, sharing best practices in testing methodologies, automation, and Agile development.
