Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally within a tech, fast-paced, or global environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools; familiarity with AI-based recruitment tools is a plus.
• Passion for DEI initiatives with a focus on creating an inclusive and welcoming candidate experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in remote or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design proactive hiring strategies.
• Ensure a smooth recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback to candidates, promoting a positive employer brand.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring demands across all functions.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring practices and identify improvement areas.
• Implement sourcing strategies that promote diverse hiring, ensuring alignment with our DEI goals.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience, fostering early engagement.
