• Be based in Canada or the USA.
• Possess expertise in one or more of the following areas: Service Design, User Research, Delivery Management, Agile Coaching, Product Management, Content Design, Tech Leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team alongside full-time employees.
• Participate in client engagements as a member of the Network.
• Contribute to digital projects in areas like Service Design and User Research.
