Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience with employee engagement platforms, preferably Peakon.
  • Solid understanding of organizational planning, talent reviews, and performance management.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive people strategies that support business objectives and align with goals.
  • Own employee engagement initiatives, analyze feedback through Peakon, and lead action plans.
  • Contribute to HR projects including Talent Development, Performance Management, and HR Technology enhancements.
  • Coach and advise GTM managers on all aspects of people management.
  • Support existing HRBPs with day-to-day HR activities.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams across regions to expand knowledge of global employment laws.
