Manage external projects with other companies and internal service function projects (development, sales, marketing), ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient execution.
Ensures compliance with procedures within the business unit involving all stakeholders and all rules and regulations.
Assists in the preparation and facilitation of internal meetings, including material preparation and agenda development.
Tracks the progress of key commercial project initiatives to ensure proper completion.
Coordinates with other departments to ensure efficient task and project execution that impacts the business unit.
