Requirements:

• BA/BS from a top-tier university.
• 3-5+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Experience leading executive engagements with a strong executive presence.
• Highly analytical, able to derive customer KPIs and articulate business value.
• Ability to clarify complex processes with simple visuals.
• Ambitious with a track record of high achievement.

Responsibilities:

• Working with account teams, executive leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to help customers achieve ambitious goals.
• Partnering with teams to develop strategic account visions that align with board-level initiatives.
• Running design-thinking workshops with senior customer leaders.
• Creating new value frameworks and collateral.
• Delivering customizable quantitative models to communicate expected value.
• Coaching internal account teams on value-led sales processes.
• Managing executive relationships and participating in QBRs.
