Requirements:

- Deep technical expertise in relevant industry or technology stack.
- Experience in Contact Center or CX.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales engineers.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team aligning with the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to implement effective sales strategies.
- Act as a senior technical advisor to key customers.
- Manage technical aspects of complex sales cycles.
- Provide feedback to product management based on customer needs.
- Develop best practices and monitor team performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure product messaging alignment.
