- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with experience working on RPA projects.
- Familiarity with RPA technologies, processes, and tools (e.g., UiPath).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working on large-scale projects.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience with AI principles and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Expertise in creating and describing different types of requirements.
- Experience in BA efforts estimation, modeling, and prototyping.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of at least one requirements management tool like Jira.
- Knowledge and ability to use BPMN modeling.
- Ability to work with analytics tools like Google Analytics and others.
- At least B2 level of English.
- Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency is a must.
- Identify and evaluate RPA opportunities in the B2B industry digital marketing sector.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze, identify, and document existing business processes and identify areas where RPA can be implemented for process improvement.
- Develop business requirements and user stories for RPA processes.
- Develop automation workflows and design robotic automation solutions.
- Establish RPA testing criteria and create test cases to assess the effectiveness of automated processes.
- Create training materials for the RPA processes.
- Identify and prioritize business needs and suggest RPA implementation strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of automation solutions.
- Capture metrics to enable project progress tracking and ROI analysis.
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, communicating progress, and managing expectations.
