Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer experience position, ideally in a B2B company.
• Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills.
• Ability to comprehend client inquiries and convey solutions on the fly.
• Understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds.
• Passion and knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball + Football.
• Results-driven work ethic – focused on improving processes and results.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Establish yourself as an expert and communicator of Swish's products and services.
• Manage day-to-day inbound client inquiries over Slack, email and video conferencing.
• Identify customer pain points and proactively reach out with solutions for clients.
• Communicate relevant inquiries and tasks with Swish Trading, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams.
