Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or a similar field. 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer experience position, ideally in a B2B company. Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills. Ability to comprehend client inquiries and convey solutions on the fly. Understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds. Passion and knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball + Football. Results-driven work ethic – focused on improving processes and results. Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
