Requirements:

• Strong analytical and accounting skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft products, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or 5+ years of experience.
• Experience within an organization during start-up and growth phases.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively within cross-functional and external teams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bank statement reconciliations.
• Research outstanding entries to ensure timely clearing of items.
• Prepare appropriate adjusting entries.
• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc analysis.
• Maintain relevant files, reports, documentation, and data.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
