Requirements:
  • A highly accomplished commercial attorney with 8+ years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts at high-growth technology companies.
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in data and privacy.

Responsibilities:
  • Review, revise and negotiate commercial contracts, including customer and data protection agreements.
  • Serve as a primary legal contact for the sales team, leading education and communication on customer agreements.
  • Create and update commercial legal team playbooks for internal alignment.
  • Own and improve key template documents for contracts management and automation.
  • Liaise with the product team regarding impacts of product updates on agreements.
  • Contribute to best practices development for contract lifecycle management.
  • Build relationships with external counsel and manage resources effectively.
  • Stay informed about legal trends in SaaS and data privacy.
  • Complete special projects based on interests and company needs.
