- A highly accomplished commercial attorney with 8+ years of experience negotiating contracts at high-growth technology companies.
- Proven experience in global commercial transactions including sales agreements, SaaS, and enterprise B2B contracts.
- A process-oriented lawyer with a track record of optimizing legal processes.
- Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills.
- High attention to detail and self-initiative.
- JD and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction, eligibility to register as in-house counsel in California or Colorado preferred.
- CIPP (US or EU) certification is a plus.
