Responsibilities:

• Supporting strategy, business operation, and employer brand promotion activities in Malaysia.
• Localizing global content for the regional market and adapting campaigns.
• Understanding local hiring trends to provide insights.
• Creating and curating content for social media and other relevant platforms.
• Supporting hiring activities, including career fairs and internship programs.
• Collaborating with Hiring Partners to support their talent attraction goals.
