Requirements:

• 5+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of experience supervising or managing teams.
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure.
• Active DEA licenses in practice states.
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and enable a high performance clinical team.
• Track, analyze, and review metrics for clinicians.
• Establish goals and performance metrics.
• Coach clinicians and create action plans for underperformers.
• Conduct monthly meetings and biannual performance reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of clinician tasks.
• Collaborate with clinical operations for coverage.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new clinicians.
• Help with quarterly chart and workflow audits.
• Provide additional clinical coverage as needed.
• Participate in leadership meetings and support cross-functional projects.
