Requirements:

• 3+ years product management experience or experience building and shipping software.
• Proven track record of shipping products from design to deployment.
• Confidence to engage with technical details and challenge designs with engineers.
• Ability to solve complex, systems-problems.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Safety Platform team.
• Cultivate empathy with internal customers and build relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Define and own performance against key business metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional execution with a team of 8-10 Engineers, Design, Data Science, ML, Legal, Policy, and Operations.
• Independently make decisions and gain buy-in from leadership, balancing execution with long-term vision.
