QA Manager - Poland

Requirements:

• 6+ years professional experience including 3+ years in a QA Lead role
• 3+ years of experience with Python, JavaScript & Cypress
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Experience in writing and executing data consistency/accuracy tests is a plus
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Comfortable presenting to the management team
• Fluent in Polish; advanced in English (written & spoken)
• Startup mentality, team player and willing to work 40+ hours a week
• Flexibility in adjusting working hours for global team needs
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned tasks within established deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Lead our international QA team
• Build tools to track key QA metrics and monitor & report on them
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to identify system/feature requirements
• Assist in planning and coordinating all QA activities, help oversee the team
• Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for frontend and backend code
• Perform thorough regression testing, execute manual and automated testing of existing and new code with tools such as Playwright and Cucumber
• Design, develop, deploy and execute automated test scripts and report on the output of these tests
• Identify and document bugs thoroughly, create tasks for the engineering team and help drive issues to resolution
