Requirements:

• Cybersecurity experience preferred, particularly in organizing RSA, Black Hat, or other cybersecurity events.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning, executing, and managing marketing events.
• Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering events within financial resources.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time for events, including international travel if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing events, conferences, and tradeshows.
• Repurpose global marketing campaigns for the EMEA market to resonate with local audiences.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners for event logistics and marketing activities.
• Provide insights on market trends and customer preferences in the EMEA region.
• Work closely with the global marketing team and sales teams for alignment.
• Monitor and report on the performance of regional campaigns and events.
