• Proven track record in developing and executing successful messaging and launch-related programs.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the One Smartsheet integrated narrative.
• Lead the disclosure program, coordinating with Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams for launch activities.
• Oversee the creation of disclosure materials, such as roadmap decks and analyst presentations.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve disclosure processes.
• Collaborate with various teams, including product management, marketing, and sales.
• Monitor KPIs related to disclosure and report on metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement of the program.
